Mission Statement
Our mission is to end division, build unity, and eliminate all forms of hatred toward any human. We aim to educate our youth and transform them into leaders who lead by example—positively, compassionately, and with integrity—so they can benefit all humankind. In doing so, we strive to keep every child’s heart “gray,” free from the influence of prejudice and hatred, fostering a generation of open-minded, empathetic, and united individuals.
Andre Talbert Sr.
Founder/CEO
Andre Talbert Sr. is a businessman, youth mentor, and motivational speaker.
Andre has over 25 years of experience working with the youth.

In 2005, he founded The Children's H.O.P.E. Center, which in turn, birthed the Triple Threat Youth Boys Basketball Organization.
​
For ten years, Andre has worked in the field of mental health. He mentors the youth, visits their homes and schools, and helps them build support networks with therapists, families, and teachers.
​
Andre is the CEO and founder of the inspirational Apparel Brand, The Gray Heart Unity Movement, LLC.
​
Today's young people are his earthly assignment.
