Andre Talbert Sr. is a visionary leader, dedicated mentor, and influential motivational speaker whose life’s work has been rooted in transforming the lives of young people for over 25 years.
In 2005, he founded The Children’s H.O.P.E. Center, a cornerstone initiative committed to uplifting youth and strengthening communities. From this foundation, he launched the Triple Threat Youth Boys Basketball Organization—creating a powerful platform where discipline, character, and opportunity intersect, while also helping young athletes earn scholarships and pursue higher education.
With a decade of experience in the mental health field, Andre has been on the front lines of advocacy and support for youth and their families. His hands-on approach—mentoring, conducting home and school visits, and building bridges between therapists, educators, and families—has made a lasting and meaningful impact on countless lives.
As the CEO and founder of The Gray Heart Unity Movement, LLC, Andre extends his mission beyond mentorship through an inspirational apparel brand that promotes unity, compassion, and purpose.
Driven by unwavering passion, Andre believes that serving today’s youth is not just his profession—it is his calling. His commitment is clear: to inspire, empower, and develop the next generation of leaders who will rise with integrity, lead with compassion, and create lasting change in the world.
